Ms Bev

Last Monday (yeah, I had to work part of Labor Day, and sales were...meh), our HR manager brought an old ex-coworker out to introduce/re-introduce.  She brought him to me first, a tall, gangly fellow, he greeted me with a big, happy, Bev!  He threw his arms around me, and gave me a big hug. He said it was good to be back, stepped back some and said "you look great, Bev!"

Of coures, our HR manager had filled him in beforehand.
He gave out hugs to all his other female friends he knew from before, then came back to me to catch up on things.  He acted like I had somehow always been female, and still was.  Believe me....I can tell the slightest hint of insincerity when it comes to my acceptance by someone.  I can smell a single molecule of it in the air.  Not so with him.  Then again, he grew up in San Francisco.  He used to say I had delicate, perfectly proportioned hands, and should be a "hand model" LOL, and complained about his big, gawky male hands, and how if he ever wanted to be TS, he couldn't, not with those hands.

Glad to have him back, I always liked him.  Now...he heeeee!...a new ally!

I've gotten "hand model" comments, too.  You are fortunate; too few of us have hands like this.
