I'm a New Zealand transgender woman of European descent currently living in Thailand.
I underwent half of my FFS ( half by choice ) here in Thailand about 3 months ago with Dr Kamol at the Kamol Cosmetic Hospital

I have to say I am very satisfied with the way I was treated, and most importantly I am extremely happy with the results of the surgery.
After spending countless hours online looking for advice on FFS and FFS surgeons, visiting several of them here in Thailand, a consultation with
virtualffs.co.uk, and consultations with european doctors, I decided to visit Dr Kamol.
Although he doesn't seem to be well known in this forum, he came highly recommended by all of my Thai transgender friends and acquaintances as one of the highest quality options out there.
On my first consultation with Dr Kamol pictures were taken and he proceeded to demonstrate the relevant ratios and recommended just the right amount of change and no more. To be told 'you don't need X procedure' was very refreshing. As I had already done extensive research I felt his assessment was spot on with my needs. I wasn't just looking for maximum feminisation, but I wanted to find the most attractive female version of my face.
I was well looked after during prep, surgery and recovery with a two night stay in a private room in the recovery ward of the hospital. They have hotel suites on the upper floors of the hospital for further recovery time however as I live in Bangkok I preferred to go home.
The results of the Rhinoplasty are spectacular, I find my new nose feminine and beautiful. Just the right amount was changed and I find my once crooked/broken/masculine nose is now perfectly straight, slim and feminine with a cute tip. - If I may say so myself
The chin reduction was also just right to bring my face into feminine proportion. The incisions were oral and healed quickly without issue.
The bullhorn lip lift was done conservatively and looks very natural, I am so happy with its results.
The breast implants are just perfect. Exactly positioned, exactly sized for my taste, and the incisions under the arm are very tidy very thin scars that curve and flow with the natural folds in the skin in the area.
I am now working towards my second series of operations to complete my FFS, after which I will likely undergo SRS with Dr Kamol as well, having gained trust in his work so far, and having talked to Thai transgender who had the procedure preformed by Dr Kamol with excellent results.
