Hi never been here before I am a MtF 49 year male born with klinefelters syndrome which is that I have the extra chromosomes xxy which mean I have boobs and make penis my wife to be doesn't want me to change to full female so I am wondering if I have a better chance of growing bigger breasts

I have large A small B sized breasts.

I have not been blood tested but I suspect I am xxy too.

This means you have boobs and a penis ? Are you in hormone therapy right now ?

Well have you considered a good gender therapist to guide you along, and maybe help find out what you want...
and maybe pair therapy for you and your partner ?

Well if you are on hormone replacement therapy you probably would grow bigger breasts...

same for srs, if you have functional testes (your first posting was in the srs section)... it depends if you have functional testes or ovaries... you should consider this with a counselor... and the first step would be hormone replacement therapy usually...
