American Transgender Student Forces Cambridge University to Alter 500 Year Old Dress Code

http://www.breitbart.com/london/2015/06/22/american-transgender-student-forces-cambridge-university-to-alter-500-year-old-dress-code/

by Breitbart London   06/22/2015

" St. Catherine's College at Cambridge University has decreed that men can wear skirts at formal dinners, following a campaign by a transgender-rights activist student. The 500-tear-old college has broken down its long-standing traditional dress code which Pink News claims said that men had to wear suits, whilst women had to wear dresses or a blouse and skirt to the events. Anyone who happens to check out the article, DO NOT READ THE COMMENTS.
The posters there seem to be bigots with an unexplained desire to hate us, and they're using all their collective intelligence (which is slightly lower in IQ than a slug's) to insult us.
So, don't read unless you want a trigger.
There is a better tomorrow.

That's fantastic news. There are always going to be naysayers with any societal change. It's the same "The world's turned upside down" brigade, going back millennia. It made me giggle a bit reading the comments. They sound like troglodytes who have never ventured outside their local parish. I'm sure they'll welcome the change, once they accept that the world doesn't only revolve around them, but the Sun, too.

Yeah, I know. But I wanted give a fair warning. That kinda stuff can make people really depressed.

Or, apparently, just make them laugh. But the point still stands. Some people just can't laugh it up in the face of insults like that.

Then again, I wrote the whole thing just after I woke up, so my thoughts weren't exactly the clearest at the moment of writing. Sigh. I'm an idiot when I'm tired, and even more when I'm frustrated with something.
There is a better tomorrow.

no self bashing allowed. The comments are from people you'd expect to have a rough time with the thought process. Any thing within the LGBT realm bothers them.
