Hi, I am going to Dr. Christine McGinn. I am having a BA and GCS with her. GCS will consist of vagioplasty with a graph and later labiaplast in her office procedure room. Most likely I will have vaginal tattooing there too at some point. She is in New Hope PA and within a 5 hour drive from you. She studied under Dr. Bowers.
The BA will be over the muscle round 550cc cohesive silicone implants.
Dr McGinn is trans.
I was also going to suggest McGinn. I know one of her clients.
There is also one or two I heard of in Jersey and a handfull of others I stumbled across recently during my PCP/HRT doc search.
The big problem you have in searching is most docs really don't like to advertise the fact that they cater to trans patients. We are, after all, such a small percentage of the potential client pool filled with potential transphobics.
Often it takes a lot of plain ole "Networking". The Philly Trans Conference would have been a great opportunity for you to gather info. It comes up in June(?) if that fits with your schedule. Or, check out the schedule from this year and see who might have been presenters. They usually have a plastic surgeon or two.
Try all sorts of LGBT organization sites and especially trans specific ones for providers and businesses. And then there is also local support groups. Don't forget PFLAG, they do a great job at trans outreach.
With being in the Pittsburgh area and it being a big college town try the college web sites LGBT areas, again for local businesses and medical. Also WVU in Morgantown is well within striking distance. There is also Whitmann-Walker clinic in DC which can help. Many of my group members use their services. There's got to be trans groups in the Harrisburg area that may have some leads
And when you get right down it, NYC, called Trans-Central by by wife, is at the outer reaches. It also has the great advantage of plenty of public transportation options from Pittsburgh
Heading in another direction is Cincinnati, a relatively short drive from Pittsburgh and perhaps plenty of public transportation options like shuttles and train.
