From my perspective I can only describe the results from my own SRS with Dr. Suporn in 2014, I will not say anything about any other surgeon, their methods or their results.
The erectile tissue in/under my labia minora adds to my sensation just as it did before, not only when I am touching it but also when I am walking or just sitting there and moving my legs slightly. I am quite happy that it is there, and I would have considered it a loss if it had been discarded. It does not cause me discomfort of any kind, but it seems somewhat unpredictable when it becomes puffy and tender, often it feels like a spontaneous "erection", although nothing of that is visible, I can only feel it. Dr. Suporn has created a deep vulval vestibule and deep interlabial sulci, and when I feel inside there with my fingers, it is quite noticeable that there is "something" under my labia minora.
