Location, Location, Location: Long Island?

Hey all!

So the time has come that I am finally able to plan for top surgery. I have some bouts to handle with my insurance company, but I also have to find a surgeon. I had originally planned on going to Dr. Weiss in the city, but he won't take my insurance unless it's out of network so that's thrown onto the bottom of the list. Would anyone happen to know of any other surgeons either in the city or on Long Island itself? Traveling is something that will be difficult for me so I'm trying my best to find someone local. I know that my chest results will be something I have to live with for the rest of my life and don't want to settle, so I'm hoping someone could help me out. Any input would be great!
