Hello, I'm new here. I guess I should say that I'm just starting out, I have always felt female and have been dealing with this emense depression for many years. I don't crossdress as I still have a lot of weight to lose and I feel I should look more femmine before I do.

I have been checking out susan's web site and others to get as much information as I can. All of the posts I have been reading here are very helpful. I am 37 y/o and have a long way to go. I don't take any hormones right now, no hair removal. I'll keep reading here and with everyones advice / help I hope I can be what I know I should be.

Thanks.

Funnygirl,

Thanks so much for your introduction.  You have found a good place to be, and it will serve you well.  There are many here older than you, so just take life as it comes, live in the moment, and learn to enjoy your feminine side.

Wising you the best,

Kristi

Hi Funygirl, welcome to Susan's
I have been her just a little over one week but I was here at Susan's long before that, about 8 years ago and that was when Susan's only had the chat room. I prefer a message board because I cannot type fast enough to keep up.

Anyway I have been full time for the past 7 years and have had the surgery about four years ago so that's behind me. I just found the link for this place when I was cleaning out my email. I thought I would rejoin the group to see if I could be of assistance to whom ever may need it.

Happy Trails.

Welcome, funnygrl.  I'm just as new to this as you are.  This is a great place to learn about how you feel about yourself.  I've learned so much in the last two weeks I've been reading here.  Look forward to reading what you have to say.
