First and foremost I always go to my best friend. I'm so very lucky in that she is also my wife. She's always there with either kind and supportive words or the sometimes necessary "get ahold of yourself woman!".
I can't imagine where I would be without her, probably not on this planet anymore. She's my rock and my soft place and much wiser than I'll ever be.
I also come here, reading other people's posts and stories is a huge help and reminds me that I am so far from being alone.
