I am new to this site, however I found it while doing a search for prosthetic reviews, as I am now in need of a new prosthetic. I recently purchased a product from Emisil, the company based in Lithuania. I purchased their erect model 02. On their site, this model looked very realistic and sounded amazing. It took them a few days to get back to me when I had a question, but they seemed genuinely nice and answered my question about the skin tones, and promised that their skin tone matching process would work very well in getting the best skin color for me.
I purchased it with the promise of a 2-3 week turnaround time. After almost 3 months I finally received it. I made a number of phone calls (to which I got no answer and no return call), and numerous unanswered emails trying to find out where my product was, although they did eventually contact me when the product had already shipped to let me know.
When I finally received it, IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE MODEL ON THE STORE! The coloration was not very good, and did not look realistic in my opinion. It looked like it had been spray painted like those halloween props, with some blotchiness on the scrotum and head. The veins were painted, but they were too dark and did not look real to me. The color did not match my skin tone at all, and I think they even sent me the wrong color. The feel of it was also a huge disappointment. It was very stiff feeling, and not soft and skin-like as they describe on their site. It felt more like rubber than silicone, and while the testicles did move, they were much too hard and were not very realistic feeling. I have some packers that feel more realistic, and for the money I paid I'd expect it to feel better than a $40 packer.
The flex rod did seem to work, but it made quite a bit of clicking and squeaking sounds whenever I bent it...was kind of awkward.
I attempted to contact them for a refund, as I no longer wanted the product. I felt like I did not receive the product I ordered, and was very unhappy with it. They continued to ignore my emails, and eventually I contacted my credit card company to help get my money back. I sent the prosthetic back to them and eventually I did get a refund, however i lost all of my shipping costs.
I would not recommend this company...there are many other companies that have been around longer and seem to have a much better reputation. I hope others have better luck than I have had, and if anyone can recommend another company I would appreciate it. There are a few I have been looking at, but I'd really like to hear some firsthand experiences before i purchase anything again.
