I started spiro about a month ago after being on E only for four months.  At my four month check up T was still in normal range so my endo started spiro.   I felt changes within a couple of days.  I can't put my finger on what changed, but I know I feel different and much better (maybe part placebo effect in there).  My energy seems to have dropped and I am more tired now than before.

I was started on spiro and E at the same time. At day three I definitely felt a big difference. At 6 weeks I had difficulty getting an erection. At my 3 month check up my T was 26 ng/dl.

My sodium is at the low limit and potassium at the high limit every blood test. I eat a lot of salt each day.

I had a very strong placebo effect during the first few days of taking Spiro. Was an interesting example of how powerful the mind can be.
