In my experience and my understanding of drug tests, they only check for what they're looking for, and people have hormone imbalances all the time. They may think it's curious (if they even check for it), but it's none of their business and they have no need to report it to your employer. Plus, they usually draw blood to check hormone levels, not urine, so it may not even be a really accurate form of testing for hormones in the first place!
The drug test people may ask you about medications, but I don't think I've ever been asked. They just report back to your employer whether you passed or not as far as I know.
You should have nothing to worry about there either.
