Anyone know a good TS friendly GP in the San Jose area?

As I mentioned in my intro message I'm 16 years post-op... Having just moved to the San Jose area I find myself without a doctor.  For many years in Ohio I bounced from one doc to another trying to find somebody (without any real success) who actually knew something about MTF TS's and cared enough to help.  After doing some research online I found what looks to be the perfect clinic - the Seahorse Clinic run by Dr. Joy Shaffer.  Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to contact them so far.

I am hoping that someone might be able to offer suggestions for a good GP in the area who is TS-educated-and-friendly.

She is a GP and part of a task force in the area to help transfolk get their medical and therapy in affordable ways. She prescribed my HRT, gave me a DMV 328 for a gender and name change on my DL, monitors my health and wrote a letter for me to have an Orchi with Dr. Epstein in Palo Alto. She is very empathetic and a really nice human being. I would not be able to afford any care without her.
