Need trans friends who live around the Pittsburgh area

I've always felt different since I was as young as 5 years old; always spent my time looking at guys with envy and daydreaming about looking like one and living as one. I have wanted to transition since I was 14. 4 years have passed since then and I have made no changes to myself or my life. It's time to make a change. I desperately need some transgender friends who live near the Pittsburgh area. I want to be able to go to support groups and I want to possibly see a gender therapist, but I have no way to get there. I can't drive yet but I will be happy to pay gas money. let me know if you're interested ?
