Anyone transitioning in Scotland?

Hey, this is my first time posting! I was wondering if there was anyone (ftm/mtf/non-binary, it doesn't matter) transitioning/have already transitioned whilst living in Scotland - and, more specifically, if anyone has been to the private Edinburgh clinic and seen Dr Lynsey Myskow.
I have an appointment with her in a couple of weeks time and wanted to know if she tends to diagnose on the first appointment and then prescribe hormones on the second (if you're ready for that), because I've read somewhere else that she wants you to see another therapist for a second opinion before she prescribes, and that would be another added cost for me.

Can anyone help?
