I was 19 when I discovered I wanted to be a woman, 21 when I started.. now I am 26.. so my story is recent.

My father never accepted his daughter..and wanted nothing to do with me and we never spoke again, he passed away in a car accident about 4 years back.

My mother, at first did not accept it and wanted nothing to do with me, I think mostly influenced by my father, about a year after his death, she reached out to me. I was now 2 years into my transition at this point, so I had breasts and a curvy body. After a few weeks of chatting.. we decided to meet. I was very nervous, I purposely never wore a dress that day, not to make Noleen so in her face, as it was the first time she would ever see me in real life as woman. I wore a pair skinny jeans, ankle boots with 3 inch heel and a nice top.  We had given her pictures during our chats so she had seen me as Noleen. I will never forget, when she arrived she gave me a hug and said, hello my girl. As they say the rest is history.. now we are very close and my mother loves her daughter. I love to go shopping with mother, and love spending time doing mother daughter things with her.

So my mother accepted her daughter and my father never... I am an only child.. so no siblings.
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was
