Really concerned about breast development

Hey laides,
I started HRT about a month ago, and been on low dosage of estrogen alone for 3 weeks n now i'm also taking spiro.
But one thing that keeps concerning me is that I got Gynecomastia surgery when I was 13-14? And I remember the doctor told me that he did not get rid of glandular tissue and left about half.
After the surgery, my breast did redevelop but not as big as when I got my surgery, but it is still pretty big size, which is about double A- A size.
Considering that my breast redeveloped even after the surgery significantly, Will there be a possibility that my breast will further develop with the help of hormone therapy? because I saw that one girl where she got the surgery she did not develop her breast at all.
And plus I feel my breast being little sensitive and hurting little bit (kind of feels like it's being poked by a needle)

It is all individual. Really depends on your genetics. You can always get ba in case you are not happy with the size
