You needn't be so harsh on yourself. You're in a rough patch and depressed. Of course you're not useless, but the depression is making it hard for you to have perspective. Getting your depression under control will help you feel a lot better about yourself, please have a talk with someone like a counsellor or psych who can help you.

I understand. It's terrible when our bodies betray us and take away the joy of living. It's even worse when that condition makes you feel depressed, anxious and miserable. Talking to the right medical and psych professionals can hopefully still help you find some coping strategies.

Well getting hammered never solves anything much. It's good for hangovers though. Please don't post to the forum while you're drunk.

Good girl. Have a lay down and get some rest. We will be here for you when you wake up, but a good sleep will do you good.

Hugs and sweet dreams

Don't despair, we're all here for you.
Have a good night's sleep, I hope that things will be better by dawn.
A metric ton of hugs to you!

PS: You're awesome. And you look a lot more female than I do. And I don't look like a man for one bit.
There is a better tomorrow.

First of all my intent is not to be preachy or anything like that so please do not think I am doing that however i have a bit of experience through my daughter that allows me to appreciate the challenges of certain things that others do not as you say take seriously. Not knowing the particulars of your situation it sounds like maybe you have a few things going on at the same time. My daughter has been officially diagnosed with Social Anxiety disorder and it is serious enough that proper attention and coping strategies are important in their own right let alone the gender stuff on top of that. Have you sought out some counseling to get a handle on all the things you are feeling and experiencing as it could be minor or not and getting help is important if it is affecting your ability to be happy which may lead to depression, self harm or like symptoms. Sometimes we need help and there is nothing wrong with that especially if we feel over whelmed. In any case please take care of yourself and reach out to professionals  to help break through and recenter yourself as personal strength has nothing to do with it depending what is going on. Again please take care of yourself and there are many great people here to support you through this.

Have a chronic illness and it's in its final stages

What exactly is the sickness you are suffering from?
Have you got any idea what it might be?
Whatever it is, I suggest that you get medical help. If it is indeed something deadly, they will help you, whatever their opinion on trans people.
There is a better tomorrow.

Did you tried going outside dressed as a girl to some park or other place were it's comfortable to stare at sky. I personally do that then I'm feeling very bad. I really like to stare at clouds for hours and forgetting about stuff I hate...

They can't find anything but I think it's lymphoma

Lymphoma? Cancerous blood cell tumors?
So, what makes you guess that?
Do you get nightly sweating?
Has eating become harder than it used to be?
Do you often suffer from fatigue?
(No, I don't have official medical training, but I do know a lot about all kinds of lethal diseases, being mortally afraid of getting infected with one myself. That includes cancers, despite that they're not infectious.)
There is a better tomorrow.

People I am locking this topic so Yenneffer can talk to GM's.
