Hello from Melbourne (Australia)

Hello! Nice to meet you all.

I'm Alexandra, or Alex for short. I'm 20-years old, and just started my transition as a MtF a couple of months ago. I've been seeing a psychologist who specialises in gender dysphoria since the start of the year, and now I'm ready to take the next step. It's a four and a half month wait until I start seeing a psychiatrist, but hopefully by this time next year, I'll be well underway into HRT. I haven't come out to family or friends just yet since I'd rather wait until HRT.

Just wanted to introduce myself, now that I've created an account after a couple of months of anonymously browsing the forums, which are absolutely fantastic.

I am from Victoria as well, although I live about 100kms from Melbourne down on the Ocean. However on the third Tuesday of the month there is a Transgender group that meets for dinner/drinks at a great restaurant in Northcote. So that this Tuesday 21st July:
Details are:

Alphabet Soup
Tuesday, July 21 at 7:00pm in UTC+07
Denn Bar Restaurant 113 High St Northcote 3070

There are about 20-25 regular attendees. I get there once in a while. There are some other Australian Susan girls that get there.
Maybe see you there

PS Ina Hay is the organiser, but she has just had FFS  in Thailand so I suspect she may not be there as she is only just back in OZ
