Hair removal in Sweden (Gothenburg)

Hi everyone this question is mainly directed to all in the specified location but you are all free to pitch in

I have some serius dysphoria regading my faceial hair, and i want it gone! Only problem is my hair are red, and it's my understanding that laser does't target red hair. is there any other method that is as effective? Is there a way to revove hair by your self?
