Breast Pumping Device to Achieve Lactation

Does any one have great info on steps to lactate &
which type of breast pump would you recommend?

You need the right hormones plus there is one additional drug that is used to induce it. Can't be specific as it may violate TOS.

There are two ways to induce lactation.

One is to use a certain hormone combination.

The other is with stimulation.
Using an electric breast pump would be preferable because it needs quite some time, a few minutes, and regular cycles, a few times a day every few hours.
But its also possible to do it with massage.
Milk production depends, its often higher when induced with hormones. It might be more over time.
