Does MaineCare (for the state of Maine in the USA) cover or at least partially cover anything at all in the transgender field? More specifically, does MaineCare cover/partially cover Testosterone Injections or top surgery? If not, I'm more interested in the prescription cost of the testosterone? Top surgery is very pricey and I'd travel to have that done ...
