Packing in Trunks?

I recently got some new swim trunks and they're the kind with the brief liner inside of them. Do any of you guys know if that brief liner would work for packing? It seems to work with them dry but I wasn't sure how it'd be once wet, so I was wondering if anyone had experience.

If it matters, I currently use the RM basic packer.

I wear a harness and trunks. Both of the pairs I have that I swim in have the same type of liner you mentioned, but it doesn't feel secure enough for me by itself if I'm moving around a lot. If you're just hanging out in the pool or wading in the ocean/lake/river/what-have-you, you'd probably be fine. But if you're going to swim or do anything beyond walking, I'd say find a way to secure it in place so it isn't going anywhere.

Last thing you want is to jump in the pool and see your dick floating by a few minutes later :D

Alright thanks man XD I usually pack in a jock so I'll see if I can find a good swimmer's jock somewhere, or maybe a speedo or something. I'll try a swim jock first haha.

I have not had good luck with the liners holding a package while swimming...it ends up in the strangest places  :o  With trunks or board shorts, I usually cut the liner out and wear a jock.  I have a nice lycra jock and also some made of mesh which work well to drain the water.  Quite frankly, I have grown tired of all the swimming gear and now just wear some tight little briefs for lap swimming and things stay where they should!  Had to swallow my pride  ;D

2-0 for it doesn't hold well haha thanks :) sounds like it must not be as good an idea as I thought it could be. The leg holes on the liner are tight but maybe not so much the actual liner part. I may wade in the pool or ocean today so I may try out the liner, but I'll be sure not to do anything rough. I'll bring a bag or something with me in case I need to move my packer to a safer location.
lol maybe one day when I'm not so out of shape I can do that, it's definitely much easier than a jock with trunks. If I had the confidence, I'd love to show off a little for lap swimming.

if you get swim trunks with the velcro in the middle to do it up, you won't need to pack. i was worried about swimming this summer because i finally got my top surgery and i was debating on packing but i said screw it, and just went. coming out of the water it doesn't cling to me or make it obvious i don't got much going on down there. if you still wanna pack though i'd assume a speedo would be good but there's places like tranzwear that sell swim trunks made to pack in (like it actually has a place to put your packer) and they aren't expensive.

I do prefer board shorts with the Velcro but unfortunately my hips right now don't fit well in those and they make me pretty dysphoria about my shape. So trunks that just have elastic are the way to go for me. Also packing is more mental for me than anything.

well tranzwear does have it so you can have it built in and it costs the same amount as normal trunks. the only thing is you have to wait for it to be shipped (like 7 days). i'd recommend them, i got some stuff from them before.
