"Not able to tuck"?

Not sure how to address this perhaps root cause? Pain? Aesthetics? Something else?

One of the great ironies of my life is having been.... "blessed", according to some reliable sources, in the male department. I've tucked all my life. Sure, something is noticeable in panties and likely more in skin tight anything. Thanks to other body issues, "Skin tight" and I are incomparable. Sometimes in slacks I need to use a panty girdle but otherwise, any complaints is just my own perception

I would like to be able to get total removal of that thing along with a proper reroute.
