Life as a transgender teen isn't always easy for Jazz Jennings – but luckily, her family has her back.

In an exclusive sneak peek at this week's episode of her TLC reality show I Am Jazz, the 14-year-old expresses some concern about starting high school – and in true older sibling fashion, her 17-year-old twin brothers are quick to come to her support.
