Congrats on starting. I think most doctors will ease someone into estrogen, because high doses right away can cause some pretty bad headaches. That and your body doesn't really know whats going on in the first place. My doctor put me on trans dermal goo and has me starting on 1 pump a day for 2 weeks then moving onto 2 pumps a day for 2 months, after which I'll be deciding if I want to do the pellets or shots. Both are healthier and most effective to get into body.
