Fibromyalgia and MtF HRT

It's very possible that I have fibromyalgia (I'll be going to a doctor in the next few months to find out for sure). Right now, I have most of the symptoms, and I seem to get a flare up of those symptoms when I have my period. This all started recently though, as I noticed last month when I was on my period I had severe back pain, as opposed to the usual mild to moderate back pain I always have. Now I have the back pain plus joint stiffness and aching all over. If I have fibro, could symptoms get worse because of the hormones? Does anyone have any experience with this? I'd hate to think HRT could have caused it or made it significantly worse.
