ORLANDO, Fla. —
"A 12-year-old arrested in connection with a shooting in Orlando could soon be charged with a hate crime, Channel 9 has learned.

A 26-year-old transgender woman said she was chased down the street and shot at several times just before midnight Thursday, police said.

The woman, identified as Andrew West, told police that the child emptied the gun while firing, but missed every time."

12 year olds with guns, society sure does come up with some problems

I have been around children that age shooting in competition, where the children had proper training and the parents were supervising them. The  were safe and sometimes hard to beat  However I do draw the line in this case because that 12 year old violated every rule in the book about gun handling. I am glad nobody with the exception of that child's bottom was hurt.

I don't think that little worthless POS was concerned about gun rules.  His only concern was committing first degree murder.  I hope they put his ass behind bars until he's  so old he can't remember is own name and has to wear a diaper.

I notice that the linked article consistently misgenders the victim (assuming that the designation "transgender woman" wasn't simply additiona bad reporting on the TV station's part.)  Refers to her as a "man" and uses a male name for her.
