You were lucky to be able to get hard 2 - 5 times a day.

Luck has nothing to do with it.  I get hard when I want to.  I have pretty good control over my sex drive.  I've always been my most intimate sexual partner.

You must be still producing good t even being on hrt's so long.  Great you could still produce your son.

It is pretty great.  Being a mom is cool.  My T could have been high.  I get pretty horny when my estrogen gets high too

He was conceived 3 years after I started hormones.  All I did was stop my anti-American and sow the oats two or three times a day.  Within a month he was conceived
Thank you for sharing. I too would like to be a mother one day  :)

I was in a dress last night (well, for awhile anyway!  >:-) ) and when that came off my lover mentioned how tight my panties were. I told him that they were small to keep the bulge restrained. He hugged me and said:

"I think trans women should show their bulges and be proud of them."

You, sir, are a keeper!  :)

Hahaha, how nice  :P It is true though, sexy panties don't offer much restraint or coverage!

Way to go girl!  I agree with him and stopped worrying about any tucking.  With my shrinkage someone needs to look pretty close for a basket here.  I see all kinds of people in skin tight clothes every day and enjoy the parade of curves and bulges going by.  Being free to be yourself and express the true you is wonderful.

I think it is so incredibly stupid when other trans girls tell us we are 'less trans' and basically 'less woman'. It's my genitalia, I'm a woman, therefore it's a woman's genitalia. I haven't read any non-op tgirls speaking down to post-op tgirls for any reason, and it is certainly not their place to criticize us for not hating a part of our body. It would be easier if our minority group stood stronger together.
AMEN.  :)

I'm in a monogamous relationship with a woman (If I'm honest, I've slept with a guy once to see if I liked it and I found it OK, but I'll stick with my fiancee please!) and I'm only on a low dose of E, I've never taken AA's as I've not found a need for them. We have a great sex life; my genitals haven't changed much and I can still maintain a good erection. In fact, we were told we'd never have children because of Laura's bicornial womb but our son is now 3 months old and conceived naturally. Yes, we like to swap roles every now and then and we have a great bedroom life but it can be tricky to hide my bump but I manage it. I'm so lucky to have a female partner who's always been into women but is totally at home with the genitals I have and knows what to do with me haha.

In your case I suppose it's finding all those spots that stimulate and enjoying your partner. I really subscribe to healthy sex life. It's only natural really :)

"The bulge" has always been a big source of dysphoria for me...even when sitting or standing in the nude I "tuck and hide" that area.
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

I didn't read all the responses, but I can say this about my own personal experience.  First let me say that I love my chick stick.  Im still at 31 years old quite fascinated by it.  I am able to control my erections on hrt in the following way.  I no longer get for the most part, spontaneous erections, Ie morning wood; I get them when I get aroused.  However, being aroused after 31 months on hrt is different.  When I was a t driven person, I could achieve an erection very easily.  Now with a E driven body, I require the same stimulation as a cis woman, foreplay foreplay foreplay!!  If I have a typical session of foreplay before sex, ie; kissing, touching, oral, I can still have a very good erection, if those things don't happen, the only time I can get one is when I am pleasing myself.  Also, Anal stimulation always produces something rock hard as well.

just try different things, women have blood flow to their privates as well, blood doesn't stop flowing to your penis simply because you take hrt.

I plan to get SRS, and I don't particularly care for my penis, but it's what I have, so I use it to please my girlfriend. I have no problem getting or maintaining an erection for over an hour at any given time, despite having virtually no testosterone, and good estrogen levels. At the end of the day, sex is more a mental activity than anything else.

Hi gals,
First of all thank you for sharing your experiences!  :)

I have come to the conclusion that everyone is different. Even though I used to be completely fine with my genitalia and enjoy using it, it's like my brain is wired to believe I have a vagina. I believe my brain gets confused by the difference in perception and reality, and therefore it doesn't work like it used to.
Luckily I don't lack in pleasure anyway.

I've decided GRS is the right way for me personally (though it will be many years before I start earning money).
My beliefs stay the same though - there's no shame in enjoying the genitalia you were born with. It doesn't make you less of a woman  :)

Hi Rose I have found Cialis to be useful I am in the UK and can get it on prescription as I am also Diabetic and Erectile Dysfunction is a symptom od Diabetes and over here We get free prescriptions with this condition .The only problem I have found is knowing if or when to take them as you need to take them about an hour before .And the wife does not show any signs of being in the mood very often .But I do not like to take them unless I need them or else I can wake up in the middle of the night very uncomfortable and disphoric if I have an erotic dream LOL .So she sometimes gets to bed and is in the mood but no chance I keep telling her she has to give Me notice
The girl inside is just as important expecially to Yourself :)

Some of us do reasonably change our sense of direction or goals for transition during what is an unknowable process before we get there.  By that I mean planning to transition and experiencing it are two different items for me.  I salute you for being forthright and that declaration of inclusive womanhood.  Shame is maladaptive and worthless as a response to being transgender IMO. ;D

Interested in this topic. I would like to be functional if I wanted to. Are you girls still functional?

I'm a transwoman for decades and in recent years I'm increasing my estrogen. Thus, I have realised that my ability to achieve an erection has significantly increased. Personally, even though I'm all woman, I luv my male genitals and I'm glad that I can achieve a strong erection. I'm just as feminine as ever. In fact, my functional male genitals make me feel even more feminine.

Welcome to the Place and thanks for your positive assertion about your functionality and self acceptance.  A reminder of how very diverse we all are.
