Functioning genitalia?

Insofar as functional genitals are concerned, through the years there were many times when I had difficulty with erections. I have always had a strong libido. However, erections were at times quite difficult to achieve. I think much of that is due to irregular hormones. Nowadays my hormones are much more level, so I'm sure that plays a part in my more predictable libido. In regards to accepting people for who they are, I agree with that. Everyone has unique characteristics and different situations so labeling people is counterproductive.

Thank you for the greeting I appreciate that!

Most of the time mine function properly. Occasionally after a very long play session I will lose my erection, but never the sweet sensations. When this happens, Eve will roll me over and work directly on my prostate. She can often make me ejaculate without orgasm in spite of a completely flaccid penis. By the time I finish her orally, I am engorged again.

There are also tools you can use to make the erection last longer or harder. I think there are also vacuum cylinders you can use to pump and give it a work out lol. For those that want to conceive! I remember reading that you can remain on HRT and take HCG human chorionic gonadotropin which will stimulate the testicles into producing sperm. That way you can make your partner preggo!

Oh and be careful with viagra :( A trans friend of mine told me a friend of hers was given a cialis sample from a doctor to try

QuoteI met an old friend today who relayed this. He has been taking medicines for hypertension for some time. This led to problems with erectile dysfunction. His doctor gave him a sample dose of Cialis.

The morning after he took the Cialis he noticed problems with his eyesight. There is a package warning to contact your doctor if you have vision problems after taking the product. After several detailed examinations the conclusion is that his optical nerve is damaged - permanently.

I had no idea that this could happen at the first use or that the risk was permanent. Thought I might share with the group in case this is important for you.

Interested in this topic. I would like to be functional if I wanted to. Are you girls still functional?

@ Charlie Nicki:   As a non-op trans-woman my man parts are not functional at all and have not been for well over a year... and I do not miss that in the least.  I am very happy to be a woman.  Eventually I may consider SRS but that is not important to me right now.

Still functional.  Takes a bit more effort to achieve full erection, but no difficulty using it or penetrating with it, when we choose to go that route.

@ amberwaves:   Interesting...  how long have you been on Tblockers/HRT?

About a year after I started HRT I could no longer get erections of any significance and I had zero sperm count.
Now 2 years into HRT, nothing happens down there.  NOTHING !!!!!!!
It might be time soon to take the next step.

Just shy of 20 months now.  It seems everyone responds differently, sounds like it's something to discuss with your Dr.

@amberwaves:   Oh, I did indeed discuss it my doctor a year ago when I was just 1 year into HRT.  He said that he believes that I responded so well to HRT (developed almost a C cup, fat redistribution & female curves), face changes, less body hair, etc)  that he is not surprised about the non-function and zero sperm count...
Like you stated and just about everyone else regarding the HRT subject... everyone and every body responds differently.  After reading various testimonials regarding "change" from others on here and elsewhere, it can be a slow and impatient process or it can happen faster and more dramatically.

Yes that is what I have herd that it takes effort to do get it. I guess that once that starts to happen it becomes more like a side work to keep it up and running :). I think the nightly erections were what really maintained the size. Once that is gone it does seem like it does begin to shrink. Unfortunately that automatic work was the easiest thing and having to do something similar manually can be tough and challenging when alone lol

Certainly hormones influence libido and genitalia size and erections significantly, including mood and certain aspects of thought process even. There are however many factors involved, much of it is nutritional too as well as things that are physical such as exercise and staying active and different methods of pleasuring yourself and then how you think, therefore I take a holistic approach to it.

I'm planning to go on HRT, but I'm not really dysphoric about my penis, so I'm not planning to get SRS right now. It seems to be variable how much erectile function remains after going on estrogen, but is it still possible to have sexual feeling and an orgasm while limp?

That's exactly how it was for me. Having an orgasm without an erection was a very strange feeling.

Heck yes, it is possible to have orgasm and ejaculation while limp! It happens to me occasionally, usually after a very prolonged session or a very quick one.
Once I was sitting on a rail fence watching the Rodeo and sorta pinched myself so when I stood up I moaned and gushed all over my panties! Everyone rushed over thinking I was injured. They still tease me after many years.

Both size and function have decreased substantially. Erections and ejaculation are both minimal. No spontaneous erections.
