You look great Missy D! I think everyone in the UK is suffering from the wild hair look arm. Eyeliner is the devils work but it looks so good when its done well. My eyes have a weird tendency just to go crazy whenever the liner is near them though :-( practice practice eh?!

Hi, I'm Awake and I'm new here.

As I have no social life (I'm working on that but it's pretty hard for me), it's hard for me to get any feedback.
Bodywise I think I'm fine, but there are things in my face which I don't like(especially my nose) and no matter how hard I try I can't get past this anxiety and I'm always self-conscious. I'm considering FFS or at least fixing my nose.

Also I don't know anything about makeup, which would probably help with my eye rings and nose.

So what I'm asking is: 1. Do I pass? 2. Should I gor for FFS or fixing my nose? 3. Would makeup help?

Mod Edit: Fixed Link

You are a pretty young lady. I am pretty sure that most of us get nose jobs,  but you already pass so you don't need one.

Decided to do a no makeup pic what do you think?

Kawaii as usual! You definitely pass.
Lean on me, when you're not strong
And I'll be your friend, I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long, till I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on

Shandril, at HRT you have a chance to pass. You have still a bit masculinity in your face. But since you're so young, it would probably be no problem. It may vanished after around a year at HRT. I recommend plucking/fixing eyebrows. That can make a person pass easier and it makes a more feminine look.

Tartarus, you have a very androgynous face. So passing wouldn't be any problems. Since you're young and androgynous, you can still control how feminine or masculine you want to appear. :)

Missy D, random people at the street would prabably not notice or think over it you're trans or not. I guess they have enough with their own tasks. You have some feminine features btw. :) But if you use too much makeup, you may drag more attention. A cis woman would drag more attention too if she used much makeup.

Awake, You do pass very well. I wouldn't know you're trans if I meet you in real life. I would think you're a cisgendered person. You doesn't need makeup to pass and you did a very good decision when it comes to haircut. It's no need to take FFS or any nosejob for passing. A cis girl in my class have similar nose as you.

Hi Emma,

Welcome to Susan's :-) I'm quite new here too. I think our face shapes are quite similar. Neither of us are passing much at the moment unfortunately :-( Love your hair though and I reckon wearing glasses which are rounder would help you out a lot!

Haven't introduced myself yet. Will do that soon but I thought I might aswell post these pictures.

Hope you guys like! :)
well let me answer :D
honestly, pic 2 & 3 (top right, bottom left) yes, the other two, not so much.
lighting? camera angle? not sure... I find pics of me are hit and miss, but video / real life I'm a bit better.
in your case, a bit of make-up may do the trick, not like insane hooker make-up like I wear lol, but a touch of something on the eyes maybe, subtle, touch of mascara, slight pencil or blurred shadow.

but you do have a pretty androgynous face (and pretty) so you are well on your way :)

xox, Candi

P.S. ok, like I said above, video seems to get me better... here is the video I just did...
I did post it in another thread, but today my mother emailed me saying she thought I was beautiful in it!
honestly I don't think I pass, but I do think I'm getting better and better :)
I know I'm a bit extreme looking, and I imagine I will be for years and years to come. just wondering what others think :)

too much? do I look like someones anti?

You don't need ffs or any surgeries dear, you look fantastic. Just some makeup will do the trick. Are you looking into starting some kind of hormonal treatment?  x

Thanks for all the compliments and encouraging answers. I guess I should try some makeup but tbh I don't know where to start and yt tutorials aren't really for me.

I'm ~ 14 months on hormones, but for the first year my e levels were pretty low (around 100) and nobody told me. My dosage was increased in October and the next checkup will be in January.

Also: I just realized how young I look on that picture  :D

Thanks so much for the honest feedback - it's always nice to have it  :)

I'm hoping that HRT, which I'm starting next week (can't wait  ;)), will have a bit of an effect and I'm getting my bangs cut into a fringe on Thursday which should help a little too. As for the makeup there is a lot of it  :-* and I usually wear more!!

I guess that's partially cultural though? Where I live, Essex, most girls are into going heavy and some even borrow contouring techniques from the drag scene. False lashes, smoky eyes, metallic eyeshadow and stuff like that counts as office wear let alone night out stuff!!! But I'd guess you come from somewhere classier?

Missy D you almost make me remember the main actress in a WONDERFUL french movie call : La fabuleu destin d'Amélie Poulin.

I have no idea if this movie exist with subtitle but this is a masterpiece of movie!

Anyway your smile is great!
