"Transgender beauty queen Tiffany-Rose Davies is heartbroken after her multi-millionaire boyfriend dropped the bombshell: "We can't marry - I am already married with two children."

The 23-year-old model said she was told the "devastating" news just days after picking out a £5,000 wedding ring from a Jewellery Quarter shop.

The couple had planned to marry next year but now her dreams of a happy ending have been shattered."
