Combined IPL & RF hair removal

I just found a local clinic that offers combined IPL & RF hair removal, which they claim also removes light hair (and can be used on all skin colours!) because they use ultra sound. It even costs the same as regular IPL and laser.
This sounds like a miracle, so I'm skeptic and want to hear if anybody has any experience with this method?

(This might not be a new thing, but I certainly never heard about it before)

Not heard of it myself, but is very close to my heart... oh and skin/hair type
