Sorry this has probably been covered elsewhere, but ...

Suppose I go ahead with an orchiectomy, does that change the post operation hormone treatment? I'm assuming that it takes away the main testosterone driver so does that mean anti-androgens are now cut out altogether, or reduced? And what happens with breast growth? Do you still need oestrogen or do the breasts begin to grow naturally?

Also, what happens with the penis? I mean, is it still possible to get an erection? Is there any feeling there or pleasure from it still?

Sorry, these are, I know, basic questions.

p.s. I'm asking because I'd love to do the surgery that removes the need to pile my body full of pills :)

You wouldn't need the blockers and your estrogen levels might be adjust (mine was after SRS). As for you Penis, somebody else will have to answer that one.
