anyone else pee alot when you first started Hormones

Before I started HRT I could sleep all night without having to pee not I feeling I am running to the bathroom all the time ..

If you are on Spiro as an AA it is a diuretic. Just make sure you drink lots of water, and get use to having a pee!

Spiro didn't make me pee significantly more. But it does for some people.

It did for me for about two weeks, then everything settled back down.

I'm at about 4 months, I've always peed quite a bit since I drink a lot of fluids but I STILL pee way more than I used to.  I don't really mind so much though at least for now. When I go full time that may change.

Wow did I ever!  I wondered where it was all coming from!  After a short while the flood did abate, though I still tend to need to go pee more often than before transition.

I sure did! It settled down again after a few months. Spiro again. Also, it took me a while to get used to having more salt in my diet, my bloods kept coming back with low sodium levels.

With Spiro in the mix I went a lot more frequently, but then I was also drinking more fluids. Hugs
