Hi girls,

I have yet to start my hrt but when I do I would obviously like to take the best care of myself possible.

Have you girls got any tips on caring for your awesome new body or for looking after your internals while taking things that could potentially be harmful. I'm going from a manly looking man(inside does not match outside). 6ft 2 and losing my hair a little .Slightly overweight and a bit hairy.

Any tips or pointers or things I don't need to worry about because of the hrt would be greatly appreciated .

Lots of love and thanks ahead

There is a lot that can be done...
trimming the eyebrows in a feminine style, carefully from below so they give a lifted arch... or having them trimmed...
growing out nice bangs or using extensions to cover the forehead...

having well groomed eyebrows, and a nice hairstyle, maybe with bangs over the forehead, can help...

it can even be fun trying things out... just avoid looking at the mirror too much... maybe using a small mirror, where only parts are shown...

beauty is also in the eye of the beholder... if we look at ourselves with a benign eye we see a lot of things we can be happy with...

and remember this is all a process, it might take time but many people have reached their goals...

You might try avocado oil for fat... a doc recommended it saying its a preferable mixture of oils and other ingredients...

soft factors could also make for testo levels... like not taking part in aggressive pastimes... etc...
a bit more laid back attitude might help, not getting upset so fast...

what might help after hrt with breast growth is massage, with a good oil (I personally would use organic plant oil...some use coconut oil for example), twice a day for a few minutes... it can help with blood flow and thus indirectly with receptor stimulation... I saw a vid of a trans women where it very obviously helped, she said so...

another thing might be noogleberry or similar products... just don't overdo it with suction... keep it all gentle...

A weak masculinizing effect is said to come from carbonated drinks, and carbs. So eating vegetables, in a healthy variety, might help.

Hi Laura,

Thanks for the tips. Not sure I would go down the noogleberry road but defo the massage. Will so how the results pan out when I start on my hormones.

What do you mean with the avacado oil? Do you use that for cooking?

already started on the healthy eating and exercise road to get down to a more realistic feminine weight so I guess it will all just take time . Something like the eyebrows etc is a good call .Although I don't want to look like a startled cat so I will probably get them done professionally.

Thanks again.

"Avocado oil is one of the healthiest cooking oils you can use. "

Not only for cooking. Simply for eating...  with salads or whatever.
