Can anyone recommend a surgeon for body contouring? Or ffs surgery? Or is mexico the cheapest ? Thanks a mill x

Well there is a whole forum section with regard to FFS and you will find various experiences there with different surgeons. In the end there is no perfect choice. It's like asking what kind of car to buy.

Well concerning FFS, there is the Facial Team, there are surgeons in argentina and elsewhere...

do your due diligence on all, and it depends on what you want...
for example some people are content with a rhinoplasty...

maybe its posible to give hrt a chance...
maybe its possible to talk with your endo concerning estro levels...
people on implants and injections report sometimes good results...
there is one form of hrt with implants and injections where estro levels above the female range drive t down as well, without anti androgen...
and you might think about adding bioidentical progesterone... it also might have some anti androgen effects.
