oh by the way  my therapist said that me and my wife has such a great way of communicating that she was shocked because we talk about everything and we talk about how we feel and we go out weekly just us to eat and talk. so I really feel being open honest and talking to each other is a big key

Absolutely the key in my book...I have begun to push the boundaries a little and my family as well. My therapist challenged me to do three new things this fortnight that were outwardly visible...I started to wear eyeliner...first day my wife commented...second day my wife commented...third day ...no comment. She has stopped commenting now...acceptance? I think she is getting there.

We always have talked a lot and celebrated 28 years of Marriage last week.
