I recently was doing some self contemplation after the first time I actually have been forced to socialize for the first time in years since I all my friends graduated after last year.

I came to the conclusion after some research on ->-bleeped-<-, inspired by youtube Jerry Peet coming out of the closet, that I am a transgender woman.

I thought was hesitant to believe it at first, but then thought back to how the few times I tried putting on high heels and it came naturally, how I used to tuck in my penis to see what I looked like without it, my countless dreams over the years of being a woman.

So things were going normal, I came up with a plan for transitioning, and then I started coming out to a handful of friends, and it turned out my best friend had pegged me as transgender when we first met years ago.

Welcome to  Susan's Place. We tend to figure our self out differently and the decision to come out can happen at most any age. You have much work ahead of you but if you need help filling out the details in your plan, let us know.

I have been planning on waiting until I actually turn 18 and come out to my parents, and becoming a licensed Massage Therapist and Bartender. Working both those jobs will be more than enough for the therapy, hormones, and save up for ffs, and eventually grs.

If everything goes according to the plan I layer out after research, I will be through the hardest (financially and physically speaking) part of the transition by the time I am 22

Also, thank you so much for the support.

You haven't given your age, but the sooner you are on blocker, the less damage you will have. It is possible that you may not need FFS if you stop the damage now. I started hormones at age 25 and blockers weren't available, the only surgery I had was on my adams apple and a nose job. The old nose would have worked and mostly the surgery was a cleanup instead of a reshaping. Also if you don't have much of a beard, you can save a good deal of money and pain by not developing a full beard. Just something for you to consider.

I would have come out earlier, such as when I was 12, but I am already 17. Also, I am genetically inclined to not grow a thick beard or mustache.

And while I turned out fairly low on testosterone, I still have a distinctly rectangular like head, so most of the surgery would be getting things like my forehead ridge removed, and higher cheek bones.
