I watched the sun come up again this morning and it is really nice, I love Sunday mornings around our neighbourhood because it is the quietest time of the week, The Parrots will be back soon in the tress, you can see the garden getting ready to go nuts.

Have a great Sunday

And I'll see you tomorrow for a coffee!

As always when I am not working, I was woken up to the loud musical warbling of the two local M->-bleeped-<-ies that seem to have the most annoying preference for our front lawn... As much as I love their vocalisations on most days, I am not looking forward to hearing those begging calls of the M->-bleeped-<-ie young in a couple of months time. Other than that, it is a  quiet and peaceful Sunday morning.

Hi Girls;
I am on Telstra with the following services:
Mobile
Cable Broadband - no ADSL available because my house has split wires (Fax and Normal two numbers) - 200GB Bundle
Plus I have a Mobile Broadband - 8GB for when I am travelling.

I am paying about $67 for the Mobile Broadband, approx $107 for the bundled fixed line and Cable and about $220 a month for Mobile (but I use the Mobile for business all the time)

There is a slight catch and that is I am a Telstra Alumni (ex Telstra employee and we get 15% discount on all Telstra services).

Its a cold & crisp morning today in Southern Victoria
:-*
Hugs

Well today is Damp, cooler (14C ATM) than yesterday, was nice and warm! Feels like winter is back today!

Telco's....  ::)
Was kept on the phone for 50 mins on Thursday night, listening to a Telstra marketing sales person... was a smidgin close to telling I'll cancel the contract if you don't stop talking!
But I can away with a good bundle that included taking over my WiFi broadband and mobile/cell phone network supply saving myself $85 a month, with no changes to bandwidths etc... tried to get increase on broadband, but was not going to play... then he tried bundling in an iPad Air!, like I have an iPad, may be old, but works! but would have costed! Still have 500GB cable Broadband, 4 GB WiFi Broadband. Now have 6GB Mobile BB, instead of 4... so not bad. Costs are still high tho, as I have Foxtel cable TV, 3 units, around the home! (long story  :-\)

Rainy and dark now in inner west Sydney.

50GB cable broadband with Telstra - includes the usual redundant home phone - about $70 a month. Do need to update it.

Is anyone on the NBN?

It annoys me that Telstra didn't let me know about updated plans, it may be good for profit but does nothing for customer service!

NBN = no bloody network

That's not far from the truth!

Both counts!

The Telstra guy tried selling me a "priority" service that was in country"... I said why should I, after all these years of loyalty, pay for something that was there, went away and now you want me to pay to bring it back? D'oh!

Been a bit quiet here.
Been very busy and stressed. Won some multi billion dollar new clients which is good.
Called last week by a head hunter to see what I was up to telling me how hard it is to get good candidates for roles.
Something about gen Y she said.
I just don't have time to look if I was which she understood.

Things are difficult for me as I am sure you know as it gets closer to male fail.
Struggling what to do but I love her now.

I see you went to Canberra, a place I will never go to again, ever. :'(
Hope you packed your electrically heated fur bikini to show off your legs?
By the way Canberra is balmy in winter compared to my home town, not that you would have noticed. :D

Did you have a bet on the last test?

So long and thanks for all the fish

I so understand about Canberra :icon_hug:

You are in a good position to be you when you are ready. It is a big step but not as big as it seems. Some times fear is just that, fear. It is irrational but seems so rational.

I've given up on cricket and decided to follow netball.

Excepting the Senate and House..

I like Canberra, lots of work there, always money spent, despite government party in power, after all its not their money!

And best of all, its only 2 hours away from the snowfields... but alas the new role, despite trying hard to get into Canberra, is Sydney based!

Oh well
