So...

I dont really post much on here but always browsing but here we go again :v)

I started "some" HRT about two months ago.I started with estrofem per day & a patch that I changed twice per week called estrodiot and two months later
people are saying I have a glow and my skin is really smooth. Now not only is that awesome but my weight has gone down a lot! This is also in part to my diet which was hard to start with but I am glad I started it.

One thing that that I have noticed in my breast growth, its like wow! I never expected such results.I have to wear a sports bra now which fits very snugly !

Yesterday I got prescribed a t-blocker called "Cyproterone Acetate which i started yesterday and I had some weird dreams last night :] Sexy dreams more like .

I just wanted to share that today.Oh! and I am no longer on anti depressants (Sertraline 200mg daily) which helped me for a while but I am ok now.

As for my results I cannot say if it was all the medications doing but this is what I did.
Cut out all meat....ALL OF IT!
Dont drink fizzy drinks or alcohol
Gone full vegan & started Juicing and blending fruits and vegetables

I follow a girl on youtube called freelee the banana girl which helped me with my diet
and it has worked for me I guess.

Anyways, thank you for reading this, just wanted to get it of my mind & share :)

Have a lovely weekend everyone!

That sounds really positive Ashlyn. You must be really happy about all of that.

Yay for vegan transition!  I've been vegan for about 19 years and it gets better the longer you are in my opinion.

9 months into HRT, I would recommend 3 things:

Avoid eating too much soya.  The phytoestrogens can fill up your estrogen receptors, and they don't let the cells function as well as genuine estrogen/estradiol from what I've read.

If you are in Europe, make sure you take an Iodine supplement (like Sea Kelp tablets).  In the USA they fortify salt with Iodine, but in the EU, they do it with cow milk I think.   Folic Acid doesn't hurt either.

Take a B12 supplement, or eat foods fortified with it (like cereals).
