Finding a job before transition?

How can you find a job?/ be confidence because I can't find a job. I been searching for the last 2 year, I been stuck in a job that makes me feel like  /carwash. When I go to interview they never hire me. Every time I get more&more depressed     

I don't know how to fake been confidence because, I'm not at all
I recently graduated for MEDICAL Assistant school, I am the only in my friends that don't have a job.
