If Caitlyn is ever sentenced to be incarcerated, she will likely take advantage of Dr. Alter or Dr. Sinclair's extremely short waiting lists to ensure she gets to go to women's jail.
From what I understand, there is a 50/50 chance that she never gets charged. If she does, she can afford the best lawyers in LA and likely beat it. It seems that the worst case scenario is a misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter conviction and a one year sentence in county. Since she has no record and is a well-known celebrity, I doubt that a maximum sentence will ever be imposed. If she is charged, I suspect there would be a plea bargain deal, no time served, probation, a fine and a lot of public service hours.
The civil suits are what she really needs to worry about.
Time to get the Ouija board, summon the ghost of Robert Kardashian and do the genital electro thing to hedge your bets methinks.
