Hi Kristina. Flight was good. Finally made it home now. Body clock is now all screwed up. It's 7am here now and I'm about to go to bed. I've never used internet on a plane before either. It was a bit of a novelty and I forgot to ask the question I intended to ask.
Why would my dysphoria have gone away while we were in the airport? During that flight (6.5 hours) and the next flight (about 14hours), I was trying to come up with a reason why it went away at the airport and during the flight it came back. The best I could come up with was at the airport my mind was busy with checking in, clearing security, finding the gate etc... However, on the flight I was just sitting in a seat doing nothing, maybe watching a movie or two, so my mind was free to wander. And it kept wandering to why I am the way I am and wasn't born a girl.
It was a nice break to have the dysphoria go away (brief as it was), after being the constant noise in my head for weeks continuously. Too bad it didn't last
