So June 30th is my birthday, and it will be the first birthday I'll have as myself after starting my transition. I'm not sure what I should do for my birthday, and who I actually want celebrating too.
I'm on the fence about my parents because they still have not been able to use the correct gender pronouns or even call me Scarlet, so I know anything with them on my birthday will be a bit...hard because I will constantly be hearing the wrong name and wrong pronouns. I can't seem to come up with any good ideas for the actual day because I live in an area which is like an hour away from anything remotely interesting XD Most of my friends live on the other side of the country. I'm really worried that this birthday something will go wrong, and I feel it means a lot to me being the first one where I get to be me and celebrate my birthday as me.
