Its what I said in the thread on why there is more talk about surgery than therapy recently - after a while people realize that surgery is an option, they heard many post op results after weeks or a few months and it is not much news anymore that there are big changes achievable by it, but eventually interest in it dies off. This is why I think more threads on voice therapy and training will come up again in relation.

What may be interesting eventualls is to see what happens to the surgical results after 1,2 or 5 years - long term - I believe if anyo fthose who had it will be around that long, this could spur more threads on this again.

But especially about Remarcle and maybe still also Dr Haben, some medium-term results will also be interesting for those who do not want to go to Yeson. Yeson is already quite well documented, the other two are not yet so well documented in the mid-term range (6-9 months).

I think I will also just really put updates on my results from Yeson at the 12 (or maybe the 9) month mark, because there is already so much said about it in the time before that mark.
I agree Anja that the next big interest topics will be to see more long term results.  We've heard only a few examples more than a year after surgery with Yeson and we have not really heard from any patients that far out from surgery after going to Remacle or Haben.  I totally understand why these girls seem to stop posting, you get a new voice and just want to go on with your life without even thinking about it.  Still, I really appreciate the ones who have continued to drop in and update us.  Personally, I'd also LOVE to hear some singing clips (doesn't have to be professional or anything) just to get an idea of what to expect in terms of range and flexibility.   Amyberlin had a great clip that showed us what to expect early on and I'd love to hear more and see how her voice has come along now that so much time has passed.

Fair enough my next post will be in 3 months then

I'd really like to know how you progress as well. I find it fascinating to see so many getting what so many have been denied for too long!
