Inland Empire or Los Angeles County, California

Anyone near the Inland Empire or LA County know of any support groups either for (1) transgender or (2) partner/spouse of transgender person.

I especially need to find the latter as my partner has been having a really hard time throughout the whole ordeal...... and I'm only just getting started.
