Hey guys. First time posting on the forum, but I've been reading for years. I had a question for you all.

I am one year into hormones, MTF. I have noticed that my hips have gotten a bit bigger than they used to be (I can't fit into old pants). I've also been wearing these Dresstech hip pads to help round me out into a more natural shape. I wear a loose spandex over them to keep them in place.

It occurred to me today, though: does wearing something like this on a regular basis run the risk of preventing my hips from gaining natural looking fat deposits?

Any thoughts?

Welcome to Susan's Place. The only time you really need to worry about a garment restricting development is if it's so tight it restricts blood flow. I wore a pantie girdle before surgery to contain my bits and still developed what one girl called breeder hips.
