Jenna Talackova was a Miss Universe contestant in 2012 who was initially banned by Donald Trump, who owned the Miss Universe pageant because she was transgender and pageant rules required contestants be "naturally born women". After Talackova threatened a lawsuit, he relented and allowed her to compete.
