I am still puzzled bout his penile with colon type surgery?!?! It seem like nobody else does colon like that to be honest. I thought it was one or the other.

Its a type of technique that has been around for quite sometime. I think most of the surgeons use this if you dont have enough material to begin with.

But to use the penile with colon one has to do the electrolysis still ? I'm sorry I try to read up on it but I have somewhat of a weak tummy lol

No you dont have to do electrolysis, atleast with the Indian surgeon and I am pretty sure i've heard many girls say that they dont have to do it with most famous Thailand surgeons aka chet, support and at PAI.

To clear up things as far as advanced PI and sigmoid colon is concerned:

This is just a misleading mistake and unfortunately seems a mistake due to the English language being used.

You can either opt for an advanced penile inversion SRS - which means that alongside the penile skin scrotal skin is being used to line the vaginal canal - or you can go for the full sigmoid colon SRS.

Some clients choose to go with an advanced penile inversion first - and then go for a sigmoid colon vagina in a second surgery - but that has numerous limitations, that I believe a number of clients are not really aware of.

The way that penile skin can be used for the full sigmoid colon is very different from the advanced penile inversion approach!
You will see on Dr. Kaushik's result SRS gallery that full sigmoid colon SRS pictures are far better when it comes to labia minora and vulva appearance and also the clitoroplasty is different, compared to the penile inversion results - at least I can see big drastic differences, due to the inversion procedure and its numerous limitations this is inherent in the SRS technique.

That is why the advanced penile inversion and later sigmoid colon vagina revision results look different compared to a full sigmoid colon SRS as being performed as a full primary SRS - and that is the reason why they are labelled differently! All valuable penile skins and foreskin is being used to create a vulva, that is a close to a cis vulva in a appearance as possible - which is not the case with the advanced penile inversion approach.

Reasons for that can be numerous.

I believe in first place is the money issue (simply my guess here) - for me it's the fact that lubrication and hair free vagina which can house larger penises is possible which is my reason for going for it soon.
My first sexual encounters were with rather large circumference penises which was a very hurtful and unpleasant experience - to say the least.

So that is the reason for me to opt for a revision sigmoid colon SRS ins which my full graft vagina gets replaced by the sigmoid colon vagina.

Hope that helps in understanding the labelling of results and the differences.

Also prices are different:

The full primary sigmoid colon SRS is 6000.- US $ and the revision sigmoid colon SRS is 7000.- US$ - that is due to the lengthy preparation of the vaginal canal for a revision - which means to free it from the scrotal graft (or the advanced penile inversion graft) attached to it - so the sigmoid colon transplant can replace the present vagina.

Electrolysis;

Due to the completely hair free colon transplant any electrolysis is unnecessary!

Most surgeons don't recommend electrolysis for the penile inversion approach, since it weakens skin quality and also it gets prepared during surgery in a way, that the hair follicles get removed.

Even when a penile inversion patient decides to have the penile inversion graft replaced by the colon graft as a revision surgery - the same applies - the colon transplant doesn't have any hair - so it's unnecessary.

thanks for that ... you really did your research and knew the questions to ask olmec ... I hopefully will go there in January (fingers crossed ).
Do you plan on doing a review when u go to them ? It would be informative for sure I plan on doing it and even vlogging it
